1. Who we are

The Lake (the "Service") is operated by JJJ Venture Enterprises, LLC, a limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Your purchase contract for payment is with Paddle; your contract for the Service is with us. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, clicking "I agree", checking an acceptance box at signup or checkout, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be 16 or older to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) violate any law; (b) infringe anyone's rights; (c) attempt to access other users' data; (d) reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service; (e) use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others; (f) upload malware or unlawful content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime in your billing portal. See our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in the content you create ("your drips"). You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, for non-payment, or to comply with the law. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; we will delete your data within 30 days.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". The Lake is a reflective tool, not medical, legal, or financial advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect; your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
