Refund Policy

14-day no-questions refund

If you're not satisfied with The Lake for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment — no questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases and renewals.

How to request

Email us from the address on your account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Include the email and the date of the charge. We process refunds within 5 business days; the funds typically appear back on your card in 5–10 business days.

After 14 days

We don't issue automatic refunds for partially-used billing periods, but you can cancel renewal at any time from your billing portal — you keep access through the period you've already paid for.

Founding Lake seats

Founding Lake purchases are also covered by the 14-day refund. If you refund a founder seat, it returns to the pool and your price-lock is forfeited.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your country, including the EU/UK 14-day right of withdrawal.

Payments processor

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned through Paddle to your original payment method.
